     PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE
    Order Process
    When you find an item and the color that you would like to purchase, click on " add to cart ".  You will then need to select the size and quantity desired. Next, add the item to the shopping cart. You will be able to view all of the items that you have placed in your cart.  You may continue to shop by clicking on " Continue Shopping " or by clicking on any category in the navigation icons.  If you are ready to complete your purchase, confirm your items and click on " Check Out ".  If you are a new customer, you will need to register first. You will be prompted to enter your billing, shipping, and credit card information.  After you have entered the necessary information, your invoice will be displayed. Your purchase will not be completed until you verify the order by clicking on " Confirm Order ".  Once you have completed the order, a confirmation page will appear and you will be given a confirmation number.  Your order details will be sent to you via email. 

    Unavailable Items
    If a particular item that you have chosen has been sold out, you will not be charged for that item and the shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly. You will be notified via email about any discrepancies to your order. At that time, you will be given the opportunity to choose a different color in that style or have the item placed on hold for backorder. You will be notified via email when the product has shipped.

    Canceling an Order 
    If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please contact us by clicking  HERE immediately. Everything will be done to accommodate your request; however, items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.

    Order Tracking
    After you click " Complete Order " , an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on your account information. Once we have shipped your purchase, you will receive an email with a tracking number. We primarily use the United States Postal Service for all shipping, tracking and insurance on every order.

    Password
    When you purchase items on www.humankindclothing.com, you will need to establish a password for ordering and shipping purposes.  You will continue to use this password for future orders. 

    SHIPPING AND RETURNS
    Shipping Process
    All orders received after 4 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday will be processed the following day. Orders received before 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, are likely to be shipped out the same day.  Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays). All orders will ship standard ground.

    Shipping Confirmation
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. 

    Returning and Exchanging an Item
    We always want you to be completely satisfied with your order.  However, if that is not the case, please contact us by clicking HERE so we can best assist you.  We will reply as promptly as possible. We accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise up to fourteen (14) days from the purchase date. We do not accept any returned items that have been washed, worn or altered. If we receive merchandise that does not meet our guidelines, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Please note that all exchanges must be of equal monetary value, meaning that you can only exchange colors or sizes. You may not exchange shorts for pants or vice versa. All additional requests must be purchased from our website.  Once we have received notification of the problem, please follow the directions below for an easy return/exchange:

    If you have your original Return/Exchange Form:
    There are step by step directions on the Return/Exchange Form.  Please fill out this form carefully and include it in the package with the merchandise to be returned.  Please indicate whether this is a return or an exchange.  All requests will be processed in one to three days upon receipt in Arizona.

    If you don't have your original Return/Exchange Form:
    Please neatly print the following information on a piece of paper

    -Name, shipping address, email address
    -What the problem is and if this is a return or exchange

    If exchanging, please note the following:

    -The items you would like to exchange and the newly desired size/color
    -Reason for the exchange

    If returning, please note the reason for the return:

    -If the product is defective or damaged, please specify
    -Once you have filled out the necessary information, please package the merchandise and send it. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

    Note: There will be no new or additional items included with your pre-existing order. Please order any new or additional items via our website at www.humankindclothing.com. Email us prior to ordering to discuss quantity limits, questions or concerns.

    Humankind clothing is not responsible for rips and tears or any other damage incurred from normal wear and tear, fading from washing or UV, pilling, shrinking, and any damage resulting from improper washing or the use of improper detergents. Humankind Clothing will not replace any clothing that has been altered.  If a product is found to be defective, Humankind Clothing will repair or replace only the defective product. Humankind Clothing will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product.  If the problem is not covered under warranty nor repairable, the product will be returned as is if the customer wants to pay the shipping charges.

    International Orders
    If you are interested in having our products shipped to an international address, please contact us by clicking HERE and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Additional shipping costs will apply.

    PRODUCT INFORMATION
    Fabric/Material Descriptions
    Humankind Clothing materials and products are proudly supplied and produced in the United States. Our fabric is made of 100% premium cotton, brushed prior to dyeing for richer and deeper color tone.   Fabric is pre-shrunk 3-5% but is subject to additional shrinkage.  Wash cold with like colors, hang to dry. Please make sure all Velcro is closed prior to washing.

    Note: Camouflage material is 60% polyester and 40% cotton.

    Colors
    We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on www.humankindclothing.com.  However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

    Measuring Tips for Shorts, Pants and Skirts
    Here are some ideas to help you order the correct size. If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and hold it alongside a ruler. If you don't have a measuring tape or a ruler, look at some of your other clothes to help determine your waist size.

    Waist
    Measure around your waistline where you would normally wear your pants or shorts. Keep a finger between your body and the measuring tape for an accurate, comfortable fit.
